Laura is an experienced recruiting professional and trainer with over 14 years of experience in human resources management, IT recruitment, and project coordination. She began her career in IT recruiting, where she gained in-depth knowledge in direct contact with specialists, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications. She has technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, Salesforce CRM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
As a team leader, she managed a 16-person recruiting team, continuously optimized internal processes, and implemented recruiting metrics (KPIs) to measure success. Laura successfully rolled out the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developed innovative online campaigns to target IT specialists. Her ability to work both strategically and operationally makes her a versatile leader who motivates and develops teams in a targeted manner.
Her many years of experience in IT recruiting and soft skills enable her to effectively combine technical and interpersonal skills. She has strong communication skills, which she uses in conversation, handling objections and conflict management. In addition, she has extensive experience in employee development, change management and process improvement.

Laura played a key role in setting up and managing recruitment management in a Swiss subsidiary. She successfully implemented programmatic job advertising and introduced customized candidate journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These measures contributed significantly to the optimization of recruiting processes. As a speaker and moderator, she inspired the (specialist) audience at industry events with her knowledge on topics such as programmatic job advertising and change management.
