These skills are key components of successful and effective day-to-day management. Participants learn to clearly define their own role and goals – and to align their behavior accordingly.
Thanks to the IT expertise and many years of experience of our trainers, the seminar is ideal for managers from the IT sector, but is also ideal for managers from other sectors due to its cross-industry focus. There are no special requirements for the training environment, as the exercises take place with cloud and web-based tools such as Miro, Draw.io and platforms such as Jupyter or HuggingFace, only a stable and sufficiently fast internet connection is required.
