Where can I find the trainings and workshops?

To find our training course, please move your mouse over Academy in the main menu. If you would like to attend an iSAQB training, you can now choose between the Foundation Level and the Advanced Level under “iSAQB Training”.

How can I order?

On each training page you will find the section “Open training dates and registration”. Click on the appropriate appointment and add the appointment to your cart. You can book different training courses with several participants at the same time.

When your shopping cart is complete, proceed to checkout and enter your participant details. This is necessary because we offer “purchase on account” and need your data for invoicing. Enter the required data in the mask, confirm that you have read our privacy policy and click the “Book Now” button.

After submitting you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your invoice will be sent by post immediately after the training session.

How does the payment work?

The invoice, which you will receive by post after the training, is due for payment two weeks after the start of the training. This is noted on the invoice. You can make the payment conveniently by bank transfer to the specified account.

What do I do if I am not participating in the training myself?

Under participant data please always enter the data of the person who will attend the training. In the section Invoice & Dispatch you can specify a contact person and the possibly different billing address.

How can I register multiple course participants?

You can increase the number of participants directly on the appointment page or later in the shopping cart. In the booking form you can enter the data of each participant separately.

I would like to order from outside the EU. Is that possible?

Of course you can book a training course with us from any country in the world. Outside the EU, please use our contact form and tell us the training you would like to attend. We will immediately send you an offer by email.

How do I book an in-house training?

To book a training course in your company, please select “Inhouse Training” in the “Academy” menu. At the bottom of the page you will find a form that you can use to send us an inquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible and will be happy to make you an offer.
